I’m Trent Lipps — a coach with a mission to help men build strength, discipline, and confidence through faith-driven commitment. Fitness changed my life, not just physically but mentally and spiritually. It taught me what discipline feels like, what consistency creates, and who you can become when you stop making excuses.
Having had a passion for fitness, training, and health my whole life, I don’t believe in shortcuts. I believe in hard work, accountability, and honoring God through how we take care of our bodies and our habits. My coaching is built around structure, purpose, and helping you grow into the man you were created to be. I prayed for years for God to provide a way for me to reach and help others and use my desire to grow my life while helping others with endless opportunities for growth on both ends. He finally opened my eyes to the fact that I've been helping friends, family, etc. with workouts, nutrition tips, etc. for years, simply because I have a passion for it, and set me in the direction of online coaching to expand my reach.
I plan to get to know you, learn your strengths and struggles, and build a plan personalized for you. I will provide you with an app that will have 5 weekly workouts tailored for your goals and needs. We will have a weekly call to track progress, discuss needs and desires, and for you to help me design the next weeks' plan so that it is tailored to your goals perfectly. I'm going to provide you with a supplement regime with supplements that actually work to boost your body's performance instead of you having to learn by trial and error of going into nutrition shops and take a gamble with what a sales guy throws at you as some "magic powder or pill". You will have my personal phone number and email address to reach out to me at any time for any questions or support. With me you get 24/7 access and support, not just three sessions a week, one hour at a time, $140.00 per session, giving you a workout that the gym they work for scripts as a "one size fits all" workout, left to figure out the rest on your own like you get with an in-person trainer. I will give you constant nutrition tips, share with you what habits I had to either drop or pick up to change my life, and share every secret I have picked up over years and years of hard work on what does and what doesn't work.
